The service
Nowist is a personal productivity assistant that uses AI to help you capture, organize, and act on your tasks, and to assist with optional training plans. It is provided on an "as is" basis during the beta and may change or have downtime.
Your responsibilities
- You're responsible for the content you put in and the actions you confirm (e.g. emails you approve to send).
- Use it lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt or abuse the service.
Not professional advice
AI-generated content — including training plans, suggestions, and drafts — is for assistance only and may be wrong. Training plans are an early plan-assistant, not medical or clinical advice; consult a professional before starting a new exercise program, and stop if something hurts. Nothing in Nowist is financial, legal, or medical advice.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nowist is provided without warranties and we are not liable for any loss arising from its use during the beta.
